Ray Earl Martin, 75, of Falmouth passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2022.
He was born in Dayton, KY on February 13, 1947. He was a veteran of the United States Army, member of Newport City Church of God, and former Alabama Volunteer Fireman. He loved his family and friends and loved helping others.
He was preceded in death by 12 brothers and sisters.
Survivors include his wife Barbara George Martin; stepson Mitchell George; stepdaughter Shelly Slaven; brother and sister Robert and Angela George; grandchildren Dylan George, Dalton George, Mitchell Slaven, Jordan Slaven, and Charles Slaven; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday August 24, 2022 at Peoples Funeral Home in Butler. Funeral service will follow at 11:30 a.m., also at the funeral home.
Interment will take place at Kentucky Veteran Cemetery North in Williamstown, under full military honors.
