James L. Perry
James L. Perry was announced as the new chairmain of the board for Delphos Herald Incorporated, parent company of the Falmouth Outlook. Delphos Herald Incorporated has owned Falmouth Outlook since the 1980s.
He has been a board member at Delphos Herald, Inc for over 15 years and formerly lived in Delphos, Ohio.
Perry is an analytical and driven professional with a well- rounded understanding of entrepreneurial business strategies and operations.
In his role at Master Fluid Solutions, Jim has global responsibility for directing all recruiting and employment systems globally, keeping in compliance with all legal and corporate requirements, and management of incentive bonus programs. He also oversees the global human resources strategy, and diligently works towards driving and supporting individual business unit initiatives.
Jim has had overseas assignments in Shanghai, China and had full profit and loss responsibility for the MFS India operation.
Jim’s experience includes, Vice President of Recruitment Solutions & Operational Excellence at a division of Spherion Corporation, and The Human Resources Leader at The PPG.
Jim has an M.L.H.R. (Master of Labor and Human Resources) and a BS in Production and Operations Management from the Ohio State University. He has obtained his SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources), is a Six Sigma Black Belt, is a certified coach with credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a graduate of the Rutgers/Hedrick & Struggles Leadership Coaching for Organization Performance (LCOP) College.
