David Sydnor, 81, passed away Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Mercy Health Anderson. He was born in Pendleton County on May 24, 1940, son of the late Harty and Mildred Ritter Showalter.
David was a member of Falmouth Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife Dorothy “Dot” Weaver Sydnor, son Todd (Maureen) Sydnor, brother Gary Showalter, and sister Wanda Vanlandingham; grandchildren Megan (Alex) Kramer, Morgan Sydnor; step- grandchildren Chris (Mandy) Story and Tyler Story; great-grandchildren Emma Story and Addlyn Kramer.
The family will hold a celebration of life at a later date. Peoples Funeral Home is assisting the family.
