Virgie Back Stair, 95, of Falmouth, passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at Harrison Memorial Hospital. She was born in Wiseburg, IN on July 12, 1925, daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Russell Back.
In addition to her parents Virgie is preceded in death by her husband Douglas Stair, daughters Josie Mullins and Geralene Morton, brothers Roscoe, Elbert, Amos, Woodrow, Walter, Sam, John Jr., Ernest and Harlin Back, sisters Minnie Johnson and Sarah Maupin.
Virgie is survived by her son Steven Stair, grandchildren Keith Ramsey, Richard (Amy) Morton, Keith Thomas Ramsey, Jarad Morton, Clayton (Missy) Ramsey, several other grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held 12-2 p.m., June 19, 2021, at Peoples Funeral Home in Falmouth. Funeral service will immediately follow at 2 p.m., also at the funeral home.
Interment will take place in Riverside Cemetery.
