Patty Ann Wachter Bay, 75, of Foster, Ky, passed away on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at the Maysville Nursing Home in Maysville, KY.
Survivng are a son, Shawn (Robin Fite) Bay of Foster, KY, and a daughter, Tammy Cox of Mt. Sterling, KY,
Graveside services were held on Monday, May 10, 2021 at Johnsville Cemetery in Bracken County, KY.
Interment followed.
