Gilbert Earl Sargent, 95, of Erlanger, KY, (formerly of Pendleton Co.) passed away Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Rosedale Manor. He was born on June 25, 1925 in Falmouth, KY son of the late Leslie and Kate Zoller Sargent. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Brownfield Sargent, two brothers Walter Sargent and Chester Sargent and sister Viola Finner.
Gilbert was a member of Mt. Moriah Church, he retired from the US Postal Service and was a Veteran of the United States Army.
Survivors include Donna Deal, grandchildren Austin Deal, Jessica Ward, great grandchildren Sydnie and Emma Ward.
Graveside service will be held at 1pm, Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at Mt. Moriah Cemetery with full military honors, under the direction of Peoples Funeral Home.
