25 Years Ago - Feb. 9, 1999 Morag Adlon of the NKADD spoke to Butler City Council at their Feb. 1 meeting and told them they have been awarded the million dollars toward the water project. “There are many things that have to be done first,” she added. There is to be a meeting on Feb. 9.

25 Years Ago - December 22, 1998 VEGE Motoren of the Netherlands has contracted with Volvo Cat North America to re-manufacture engines and cylinder heads for the North American car market at their branch operation in Falmouth. VEGE is the first company outside of Europe to receive such a contract.
