Local safely captures photo of eclipse

Trish Niehaus shared on Facebook that she "snuck out to see the eclipse." She captured this shot as she did. The "ring of fire" total eclipse was visible in a swath ranging from Oregon to the Western part of Texas, but the rest of the country got to see at least a partial eclipse.

Halloween display brings a chuckle to passerby

Butler City Council hears organizational needs, plans city activities and protections
