Gordon E. Bell and Alice Coffey Bell of Butler celebrated 60 years of marriage this year. They were married Feb. 18, 1966, at Grants Lick Baptist Church in Grants Lick, Kentucky. Mrs. Bell is the former Alice Coffey. Gordon and Alice are the parents of Laura Kalfas of Butler, Gina Noble of Cincinnati and Gordon E. Bell Jr. of Butler. They have six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Alice retired after working as a nurse for many years. Gordon retired in 2004 after working in construction for 35 years.
