Thank you for everyone who came to celebrate Anthony Prenger’s graduation dinner, and to all who helped make it a success. The message from 1 Corinthians 13:11 appropriately was “When I was a child.” When we are children we act as a child. It is the responsibility of our parents and church family to guide us into adulthood. Setting an example for the our children should be showing them that their Bible is the best life instruction book ever. As the church presented Anthony a Bible we encourage him to let it be his guide into adulthood. We wish him the best in his future endeavors.
Pray for our churches, country, county, and state as well as the family of Darla Boettcher.

Bro. Mark’s message was from II Corinthians 1:3-7.
What a wonderful God we have. The Father of Lord Jesus Christ. One who comforts and strengthens us in our hardships and trials. Why does he do that? When others need sympathy and encouragement we can pass on to them this same help and comfort God has given us. God will tenderly comfort. He will give you strength to endure.
Darla your church family loves and will miss you.

An excerpt from the Discipleship Training lesson Sunday night was “Jesus commanded that His followers share a message as well. It is the message of the gospel from the Word of God that has the power to redeem and save souls.” This is a message should be shared accurately, that’s why its important to read your bible, be discipled, look for a mentor, fellowship and learn from other Christians. That’s why its so important to find a church and be in the Word.
The children’s message was “Take Up Your Cross” from Mark 8:27-38. Jesus left all the glory of Heaven to come, live on earth, and die on the cross for us. It’s important that we take our children to church, that they learn from a young age the importance of God being a priority in our life.
Miley Smith read II Timothy 2:1-2 and Art Wiggins brought special music, and in all of these we were blessed with God’s word.
