Dear Editor:
My name is Mark Hart, and I am seeking re-election as State Representative. I am a lifelong conservative and resident of Pendleton County, living in Falmouth with my wife, Lisa Hart, and two daughters, Hannah and Morgan.
I hold a BS Degree in Biology as well as a minor in Psychology which I obtained from NKU. I served in the Army National Guard as an Artilleryman, Combat MP, and Combat Medic. I am a retired Firefighter/Paramedic from Lexington Fire Department and PC Ambulance.
In Frankfort, I serve as a strong voice for our district as Vice Chairman of the Agriculture Committee. I also serve on the following committees: Appropriations and Revenue; Budget Review Subcommittee on General Government; 2020-2022 Budget Preparation and Submission; Veterans Military Affairs and Public Protection; Education; and Government Contract Review.
I have fought for the Right to Life of unborn Kentuckians, defended 2nd Amendment Rights, and helped bring jobs and fiscal responsibility to Kentucky; however, there is more work to be done, and I ask for your support as I work to fight for our conservative values in Frankfort. I consider it an honor to serve you, and I humbly ask for your vote on November 3.
